What is the NDTA?
- To promote and maintain the good name of the NDHP
- To foster and encourage a high degree of morale, skill, and efficiency therein
- To cultivate friendship, fellowship, trust and understanding among all members of the Patrol
- To promote and encourage better law enforcement in the State of North Dakota
- To be aware and concerned with proposed legislation which may affect general law enforcement or members of this association
- To protect its members against injustice
- To make recommendations to the Superintendent of the Highway Patrol or other officials concerning the welfare of the Patrol and this Association
- To promote, foster and perpetuate any project which will help to bring professional recognition to the members of this Association
